You choose the scene from 150 designs — royal, seaside, cinematic and more. Our studio then paints your pet into it in that design’s own style.
Can I ask for changes after I see it?
Yes. Paint it again for a fresh take, or just type what you’d like changed. Free, as many times as you like.
What if I don’t like the result?
Before you order, you’ve lost nothing. After, you have 30 days — we repaint it or refund you.
Your photos
What kind of photo works best?
A clear, well-lit shot of your pet’s face, taken at their eye level. A phone photo is perfect.
How many photos do I upload?
Exactly one photo per subject — the clearest face shot you have. Designs with two subjects give you a slot for each.
Can I have two pets in one portrait?
Yes. Choose a design marked 2 Pets and upload a photo of each.
Can I be in the portrait with my pet?
Yes. Choose a design marked Pet + You and add a clear, front-facing photo of yourself.
Does it work for cats and other animals?
Yes — cats, dogs, rabbits, horses, birds. Anything with a face we can see clearly.
